- Global Protect license for secure remote access
- Precision Network Security license bundle for advanced threat protection
- Three-year licensing term for long-term cost control and operational stability
Engineering & Execution

1. Discovery & Backup:
- Performed detailed analysis and documentation of existing Palo Alto configuration
- Captured full configuration backups to safeguard current settings
2. Pre-Build & Configuration:
- Built and configured the new PA-1410 HA pair offsite
- Applied all security policies, NAT rules, and corporate-specific configurations
3. Cutover & Testing:
- Executed the live migration during a pre-approved maintenance window
- Ensured zero downtime and no guest impact during the transition
- Conducted thorough testing of failover, remote access, and internal services
4. Handover & Support Transition:
- Provided clean handover documentation
- Briefed and transitioned management to the Pan Pacific central firewall support team
