As the founder and CEO of Innovaro, Alex has over 20 years’ experience in the IT Managed Service space. He was part of successfully building an MSP business through a mix organic growth and acquisitions and completed a sale to Private Equity in 2019. Alex comes from a strong commercial background and his focus is on cutting-edge solutions that deliver high return on investment for the clients. As CEO his objectives often revolve around driving innovation, M&A and building a strong team to achieve sustainable growth and maintain a competitive edge.
An experienced fund raiser and a well networked Chairman & NED, Stephen most recently worked for drug discovery company Engitix Therapeutics, a business he set up with 2 academics from University College, London. Before that, he was the Managing Partner of Technikos LLP, an early-stage venture capital fund with a long-term commercial contract with Oxford University’s Engineering Department. Prior to Technikos LLP, Stephen spent 10 years on various trading floors in the City as an equity salesman, latterly with Citi and Goldman Sachs.
Eamonn is a former audit partner in PwC and business advisory partner in Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He has over 40 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax in global and national businesses in both the UK and US. His responsibilities include Finance, Company Secretary, Legal, Compliance and HR.
Eamonn has been working in the IT Managed Services sector for the last 5 years. His areas of focus include cash management, profitability maximisation and business planning.
Michelle is an experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in Service Delivery and Project Management across both public and private sectors. She has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading strategic transformations.
As a key leader at Innovaro, Michelle has spearheaded significant improvements in service management and delivery. Her expertise spans to overseeing end-to-end business operations, optimising business strategy, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. With a keen ability to align operational processes with our strategic goals, Michelle is dedicated to fostering sustainable business growth and continuous improvement.
Pete is a passionate about technology and has over 20 years of IT experience; working directly in the construction, education and service provider sectors. His hands-on experience with technology is wide ranging; from private cloud to public cloud, working with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, HPE and many more. He has worked his way through support and consultancy roles and is now applying that experience in his new role as CTO at Innovaro where he will help them achieve their, and their customers technology goals.
Jack brings over two decades of expertise in Sales and Commercial Account Management within the IT Managed Services industry. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including lead generation, account management, strategic account direction, and sales and commercial leadership. Currently, Jack heads the Sales and Commercial department, overseeing all aspects of account management, new business development, customer retention and satisfaction, vendor management, and commercial enquiries.
