Immediate concerns are addressed promptly, while other issues are escalated to the relevant teams or scheduled for resolution. This triage process ensures the IT infrastructure remains stable and secure for the day ahead.
Project Management
In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, the technical manager is responsible for monitoring project milestones and deadlines, ensuring that all initiatives remain on schedule.
